Terms of Service

By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you have read and agreed to be bound by the following Terms of Service between you ("the client") and Mewshine ("the artist").General:
• Payment is done via Paypal [GBP] through an invoice.
• Payment will be sent after I send a WIP.
• The artist has the right to decline your commission if they feel they're unable to do it or uncomfortable.
• The artist only do a maximum of 3 characters in one canvas
• Please provide a visual reference. I won't accept descriptions only, as I need something visual to go off from.
• If it's been two weeks or so with no updates from the artist, feel free to contact them. Unless your commission has a deadline then they will make sure to complete it in time.
• Commissions with a deadline have more priority.
• By ordering any NSFW/Porn art, you are confirming that you are 18+.Credit and personal usage:
• The artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork.
• The client may post on social media platforms providing credit to the artist.
• The client may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
• The client may not claim the artwork as their own or steal credit.
• The artist will be posting your commission on their social media. If you request private artwork or wish to withhold the artist from posting publicly, there will be an additional fee [£50, pixel art will be £10]
• DO NOT alter artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
• The client may use the artwork as references but do not trace over it or repurpose parts of the image.Credit and commercial usage:
• There will be an additional fee for commercial usage.
- If the client would like to use the commissioned artwork for streaming/content creation, there will be no additional fee.
- If the client would like use the commission artwork for merchandise/stickers/prints/products/branding, the fee will be 200% the original price of the artwork.
• Once agreed upon, the commissioned artwork can be used by the client for commercial usage
• It is provided to include proper credit to the artist, by either linking their social media or providing a statement such as "Art made by Mewshine".

Process:
• The client will fill out the form with the details they'd like and contact the artist.
• If your form gets accepted then you will be added to an available slot.
• If the slots are full, you will be added to a waiting/ping list.
• The artist will provide a WIP sketch for approval and ask for payment. If small changes/adjustments are needed, they will be provided.
• Once approved, the artist will continue and finish the commission. It will be sent to you as a PNG file privately.Deadlines:
• If your commission has a deadline then please specify and give the artist a realistic amount of time to complete (example, a week).Refunds:
• The artist will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the client.
• There will be no refunds once you pay, unless the artist fails to meet a deadline with a reason provided.Confidentiality:
